We process and ship all orders standard delivery using flat-rate shipping options. To keep things simple and cost-effective, multiple items in the same order are packaged and shipped together in a single box whenever possible.

• Free Standard Shipping: Applied automatically at checkout on all orders totaling $75.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

• Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: For orders under $75.00, shipping is calculated at a flat rate of $2.50 per item.

Standard processing times are typically 1–3 business days before your package leaves our facility.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your package details and tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time.

3. Quality Assurance & Damaged/Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products and double-check every order prior to dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, our Quality Assurance Policy has you covered:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos/details of the issue.

2. Prepaid Return Label: Upon verification, we will gladly issue a prepaid shipping label so you can return the damaged or defective item at zero cost to you.

3. Free Replacement: As soon as your return is initiated, we will ship a brand-new replacement item free of charge.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed or misrouted due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
